Our platform operates on the WhatsApp Business API. You agree to strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. Any violation (such as sending spam, unauthorized promotions, or prohibited goods) will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
All plans are one-time payments granting 1-year access to the platform. Prices are listed in INR and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. A valid GST invoice will be provided for all successful transactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Automation Partner will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, since our service depends on the official WhatsApp API infrastructure provided by Meta, we are not liable for outages caused by Meta's network or API changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
